Meet The BuilderLadd's love and passion for custom building began at an early age. He grew up working side by side with his father, a residential and commercial plumbing contractor. During that time he gained valuable first hand knowledge of the construction business, especially the fine art of building custom homes. Through the years, Ladd has fine tuned his building style to meet the needs of homeowners and the demands of an ever changing market. Ladd has also earned a reputation as one of the top builders in the state and was honored with the designation of Certified Master Builder by the Home Builders Association of South Carolina.
Ladd takes tremendous pride in his work and carefully oversees each phase of construction. His hands on management style keeps him on top of each project and ensure that each home is built to the highest standards. He also has surrounded himself with skilled craftsman and subcontractors who also share his ideals of integrity, quality and commitment.
Born in N. Myrtle Beach, Ladd has been living in the Columbia area for many years. He graduated from the University of South Carolina, has been married for 14 years to his lovely wife, Michelle, and they have
two sons, Garrett and Rhett. Ladd is an active member in his community,
enjoys spending quality time with his family and attends Village Church in Blythewood.
